BATON ROUGE, La. – A transformative new senior living community opened its doors in North Baton Rouge, delivering 90 modern housing units designed to provide seniors aged 55 and older with a safe, comfortable, and affordable place to call home. The development not only offered high-quality housing but also fostered a close-knit community, where residents could feel secure and connected.
The project was made possible through a collaboration between The Banyan Foundation, an Alabama-based nonprofit, and Partners Southeast, a respected affordable housing developer in Louisiana.
